Usually, I get into the mood for pumpkin cookies around the holidays. So I wasn’t to eager to try this recipe now that the holidays are well behind us. (Or are they just around the corner again? They come so fast, I just can’t keep up!)
But these Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies peaked my interest, so I thought I’d give them a try.
Mmmmm! They really are moist like the recipe says they will be. I didn’t try freezing them, but the recipe says they freeze well. So they are good cookies to bake and keep on hand for surprise guests (cookies thaw quickly).
Definitely a tasty, no-egg cookie!
Recipe Tip: Substitute the chocolate chips for white chocolate chips or raisins!
